Return and Exchange Window
- We offer a 14-day window for returns or exchanges, starting from the day you receive your order.
- Exchanges are available for items of equal or higher value, with any price difference covered by the customer.
- A return fee of R150 applies to returns that are not due to an error on our part, covering courier collection and delivery to our facility.
Non-Returnable Items
- Non-returnable and non-refundable items include Rackets, Balls, Grips, and Gift Cards.
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, products must be:
- Unused and in their original packaging
- With all original tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Return Process
- To start a return or exchange, email us at info@worldofpadel.co.za.
- Returns should be sent to: 45 23rd Street Menlo Park, Pretoria.
- Please note that unapproved returns will not be accepted or processed.
Customer-Initiated Cancellations
- If you request a refund or cancellation due to a customer error, a service fee will apply.
- Refunds will be processed within 3 business days once banking details are provided, minus any service fees incurred during the transaction.
Shipping Fees
- For returns not caused by our error, a flat rate of R150 will be charged for courier collection and return delivery to our facility. The customer is responsible for these shipping fees.
Product Quality Issues
- We ask customers to inspect their orders upon arrival. If there are any defects, damages, or incorrect items, contact us right away for resolution.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified of the refund status.
- Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5 working days.
