Below is our shipping policy, which outlines the process for all purchases made through our online store. Shipping Information:
- Free shipping is available for orders that total more than R999.
- Standard delivery time to major cities and central areas is between 1 to 3 business days. However, please be aware that delivery times might be extended during peak shopping periods like Black Friday or on public holidays.
- For more remote locations, delivery may take additional time as we rely on regional couriers to handle these deliveries.
- We only deliver to physical addresses within South Africa.
- Although we aim to keep deliveries on schedule, sometimes delays are unavoidable due to circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.
- After your order has been processed, you will receive an email with your tracking number, allowing you to follow your order’s progress.
- Once your address and delivery details are confirmed, no changes can be made to the order.
- A standard delivery charge of R100 will apply to all orders.
- For deliveries to remote locations, we may contact you to discuss alternative options. In rare cases, if delivery is too challenging, we reserve the right to cancel the order and notify you accordingly.
Delivery Procedure:
- Deliveries will be made to the specified address and can only be handed over to the person listed in the delivery notes or an authorized representative.
- The recipient must present a valid form of identification for verification purposes.
- The courier will request a signature on the delivery note to confirm that the package was received in good condition.
- If you notice any issues with the package upon delivery, you can:
- Accept the package, making a note of the damage on the courier’s delivery note, which both you and the courier will sign.
- Reject the delivery, clearly stating the reason on the waybill, again signed by both parties.
